Help with listening to the stream

KSYM streams using Windows Media Audio 9.2, 256k bit rate. The URL is mms://sacrtf2.alamo.edu/ksym
If you have a Windows PC, it should automatically open up the link in Windows Media Player. Download it if you don't have it.
If your web browser chokes when you click on the link, you might need to add a plug-in, like this one for Firefox or Google Chrome or Opera

If you were able to listen BEFORE, but are getting connection error messages NOW, it probably means the computer running the streamer software turned off or messed up. Email the KSYM Staff (ksym@alamo.edu) to reboot it or whack it with a stick.

What about a Mac?

What about an iPhone? iPhone,iPhoneiPhone!

  • [*WARNING: if you don't have an unlimited data plan, this can burn a lot of bandwidth]

How about other mobile phones?

Just checked out Yourmuze.fm -- added the KSYM stream and verified it on the iPhone. You create an account and then login to the m.yourmuze.fm website on your mobile phone and listen.
